Mr. Weed joins St. Theresa School as the sixth grade homeroom and middle school social studies teacher. He is a member of the Thomas More Teaching Fellows. A native of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Mr. Weed completed his undergraduate degree at Hillsdale College, earning a Bachelor’s in History.
When he’s not working, he finds joy in cooking, reading, staying active, and engaging in meaningful conversations with others. His favorite book is Till We Have Faces, by CS Lewis.
One of Mr. Weed’s favorite memories of middle school was reading The Last Days of Socrates in eighth grade. His encounter with the book with the help of his teacher, Mr. Good, sparked a love for literature and philosophy.
