Mrs. Teves joined St. Theresa school in 2014 as a preschool teacher. Prio
r to that, she taught 2nd grade at St. John’s in the North End and spent time working for the Somerville Public Schools. She is married to her husband Joe, a local police officer, and they are blessed to have two wonderful boys who attend St. Theresa School.

Her favorite book is Our Class is a Family by Shannon Olsen

Mrs. Teves is blessed to have a lot of wonderful memories of school. One of her favorite memories is when she was accepted into the National Honor Society. It was a dream of her grandmother’s for her to achieve. She always wanted her to use the gifts God gave her and reach for the stars! She was able to receive the honor and acknowledgement  as her grandmother watched on from her bedside shortly before she passed away from ALS.
