Welcome to our Afterschool Program!

At St. Theresa’s, our mission is to support your family by making daily organization easier while extending the values and education your child receives during the school day.

Our Afterschool Program provides a safe and welcoming space — joyful and engaging, yet peaceful enough for children to relax, read, or simply unwind. Children can grow, discover new interests, and build lasting friendships.
The program includes a balanced rotation of activities to meet every child’s needs:

Quiet time – reading, board games, home-style play, crafts projects, storytime, or homework support.
Active time – outdoor play, gym activities, and dynamic games.

What We Offer

Before-School Care 7:00-7:50AM

Full Year (5 days/week, Daily rate: $5/child): $830
Full Year (3 days/week): $498
Full Year (2 days/week): $332
Extra drop-in: $8

After school program 3:00-6:00PM

Full Year (166 days), 5 days/week: $4,400 (10×440)
Full Year, 3 days/week (includes extended Wednesdays): $2,650 (10×265)
Full Year, 2 days/week: $1,750 (10×175)
Extra drop-in (regular day, 3 hours): $33
Extra drop-in (extended Wednesday, 6 hours): $60

Registration Fee and Deposit

You can pay for the whole year or on a monthly basis
This is an annual commitment
Registration Fee: $10 per child (paid once per school year)
Deposit: Morning Care $100; After-School $200 per child
Families enrolled in both programs receive a $50 discount on the total deposit for each child.
The deposit is applied to your June payment. Families who leave the program before June will forfeit their deposit.
The registration fee is not part of the deposit.

Other Fees

Returned Checks: $15 per check (or current bank fee, if higher)
Late Payment: $20 per month
Late Pick-Up: $5 for every 5 minutes after 6:01 p.m.
